- This can be eaten on its own, but I prefer to use it as a dip for apples, carrots, and even celery.
- You can also change the flavors by adding cinnamon, coconut, cacao nibs, cacao powder, or shaved dark chocolate to make this snack more like a sweet dessert!

- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (full-fat is best)
- 2 tbsp. almond butter or peanut butter
- Mix well, then dip!
