If you want a new, tasty way to eat your vegetables…. try this healthy ranch dressing!!!! I should have called it “miracle dressing” – it’s that good. Trust me, this stuff is amazing! The funny part is I had no idea it was going to taste like ranch… but I happily discovered it does! It’s a little zesty, creamy, and super satisfying. From kids to adults, everyone is sure to love it!

Yes, mayo can be healthy! The only ingredients needed to make mayo are oil, egg yolks, vinegar, and spices. It just matters what oil the mayo is made with. Traditional mayo is made with canola and/or soybean oil – YUCK! Avocado oil is a much healthier oil, so make sure you buy avocado oil mayo! Learn why in this post about healthy cooking oils.
Brands I recommend: Primal Kitchen Foods Avocado Oil Mayo and Sir Kensington Avocado Oil Mayo.
I used Whole Foods’ Roasted Chipotle Salsa to make this yummy dressing. It has the perfect amount of zest! I haven’t tried making this dressing using other salsas, but I’m sure any zesty salsa would taste great in this recipe!
