Why I’m here…
I was the girl who could do it all herself. I was “strong”. I could handle it… until I realized that life was SO much better when I didn’t have to do it all on my own. Sometimes we get stuck, I’ll be the first to admit it. Even when we know what we “should” be doing, we fall short of taking actionable steps towards getting what we want. And then sometimes we’re just plain lost. We get blindsided and have no idea what the heck we should be doing at all, which leaves us dragging our feet and upset at the lack of progress we know we could have been making already. That’s where a health coach comes in 😉
What’s a health coach?
I’m your mentor, your friend, and your support system. If you want it and you’re ready to work for it, we can make it happen. A health coach listens to what YOU need, guides you through your obstacles, and provides insightful, relevant information to help solve your problems. Instead of tackling your goals on your own – you have someone objectively supporting you from start to finish.

WHY SHOULD I BE YOUR HEALTH COACH?
Because I’m awesome 😉 I’m totally kidding! But seriously, because chances are I’ve worked through something incredibly similar to what you’re going through right now. I’m incredibly passionate about creating personalized solutions – because I believe we all have to find what works in our unique lifestyles if we want to make changes that last.
1. I’m ready to work.
I’m someone who understands what it means to work HARD for what you want. I wasn’t born with a natural ability to snap my fingers and get what I want. I wish I could do that but it’s just not possible. I dealt with serious body image issues my whole life and I had to learn what healthy meant for me on a very personal level. Instead of listening to what everyone else said would work, I had to figure out what actually worked for me in my own life. And guess what… that approach worked best! I recovered from my eating disorder, I healed my relationship with food, and I make the decision to meet myself where I’m at every single day.
2. I’m looking at the bigger picture.
Being healthy is all about having the energy to do what you love. Why? Because you have to FEEL good in order to perform at your best in whatever it is that you LOVE to do. That means whether you’re interested in school, career, relationships, or athletic performance, you have to be 100% there to perform at your 100% best. So think about… what lifestyle changes do you need to make to be happy and healthy?
3. I’m here to be your coach, friend, and support system.
We’ll work on what matters most to you. From your most basic questions all the way to your toughest struggles, nothing is too big or too small for us to conquer. That’s because once you learn how to live a life that makes you happy and healthy, you can finally THRIVE in a life and body you love 🙂

How much does it cost?
It depends on the plan you choose, but don’t worry! My goal is to make health coaching as reasonable as possible because I believe everyone can benefit from working with a coach 🙂 Message me to learn more about my rates.
Where did you do your health coach training?
I completed my training with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and received my official IIN Health Coach credentials in May 2017. This was after I graduated with my BBA in marketing from Iona college in 2016… which helped me to start my own health coaching business when I realized health was my TRUE passion!
Do you do take international clients?
Yes, absolutely! Just be mindful of your phone plan 🙂 We can easily talk for FREE over WhatsApp (a free messaging and calling service via wifi or cellular data).
Are you a nutritionist (CN) or Registered Dietitian (RD)?
While my certification doesn’t allow me the same scope of practice as a nutritionist or registered dietitian, a health coach is a useful tool everyone can benefit from! I’ll work with you in a less formal setting compared to a CN or RD (it can be from the comfort of your own home!) and our conversation won’t be limited to nutrition. CN’s and RD’s typically will narrowly discuss the food you eat, while I’ll discuss food in relation to the other parts of your life. This means our sessions can also include how to deal with stress from family and work, get better sleep, have better relationships, and other non-food goals which all have a HUGE impact on your health. No matter what you would like to work on, I can help you make lasting lifestyle changes that allow you to reach your goals. We even make a great support system in addition to your RD or CN if you’re already working closely with someone.
How long have you been health coaching?
Since 2014 I have been absorbing all of the nutrition information I could get my hands on – and every day I use my passion for cooking, nutrition, and wellness to share my healthy lifestyle with others! I only made the decision to start health coaching full time recently, but I would say I’ve been coaching pro-bono for nearly 4 years already!
